Olney has two electricity providers: Texas/New Mexico and Fort Belknap Electric Co-op, Inc. These two providers have separate infrastructure. If your residence has its power supplied by Fort Belknap Electric Co-op, Inc., your billing will also be through Fort Belknap. If your electricity is provided by Texas/New Mexico, you may be billed by any electric company that serves our area, with the exception of Fort Belknap.
