Kestrel Nest is at 212 S Ave D in Olney, Texas. The front door and each bedroom has an electronic lock programmed with your personal code. Every room has a hardwired smoke detector. Each room also comes with a bed, linens, tv, desk, chair, and dresser. All mattresses are encased in a bugproof case and have a waterproof mattress pad. Just bring your clothes and your phone. Please do not bring your personal furniture, pets, or excessive personal possessions. 

Rent is synched to your paycheck for weekly and monthly options.

Rent also includes your utility allowance for wifi, yard care, electric, heat, air conditioning, water/sewer/trash, and one assigned parking space.

Please bring your own channel subscriptions so you can watch your preferred sports/content.

There is a one-time move-in fee of $200.
